I'm Tiago Rodrigues, a freelance illustrator and cel animator based in Brazil. I am an Award-winning Illustrator and Cel Animator with over 20 years of experience bringing ideas and stories to life through expressive design, character-driven visuals, and frame-by-frame animation. In 2022, I contributed to an Emmy Award-winning PSA project with Pixeldust Studios. My background includes a decade in advertising and a foundation in editorial illustration. I specialize in creating emotionally impactful art with a keen eye for storytelling, movement, and visual identity.
Over the past decade, I've collaborated with global clients such as Disney, YouTube, AT&T, and Kodak, creating illustrated assets and expressive character animation for explainer videos, advertising campaigns, and motion content.
I specialize in frame-by-frame 2D animation and character design with personality. My work blends graphic precision and handcrafted detail to bring stories to life.
